Today has been a very interesting and eventful day. I started off the day by signing a contract with the school district. I am at long last officially a TEACHER!!! Woo hoo!!! After that I met Betsy at the OB/GYN for our weekly appointment. They do the usual little tests and of course take Betsy's blood pressure. That's where the day started to change. It turns out that her blood pressure was a little too high. I guess the doctors don't like seeing that. The next thing we know we are checking in to Harrison hospital! It's not too bad. The furniture is way uncomfortable but the air conditioning is heavenly! Especially in this weather. I went home briefly to pack some things for our overnight stay and our house was HOT! Hopefully it cools down a bit overnight. I guess that's all for now. So far everything looks good, although I do get the feeling that the baby will be coming a bit earlier than expected. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
It has been a long, long day.
What a couple of tired little campers... We can't wait to go home!
