All I can say is... What a long day!!! Today's class was from 8:30 to 4:00. I'm not sure if we got a whole lot from that class. There was a lot of lecturing going on and a lot of repetition. There were some high points though. For instance, the audio tape of a visualization of how the birth will go. Good lord!!! It was hilarious. The voice on the tape was like an echo... it kind of sounded like the voice from the Haunted Mansion ride in Disneyland. We were all lying on the floor and pretending that we were in the situation. It was like a bad self-hypnosis tape. The funniest part was when a couple people fell asleep. People were actually snoring! And it turns out that I was one of the snorers!! Betsy elbowed me to wake me up twice. I wish I would have brought my camera. Oh well. Speaking of cameras... I would be remiss if I didn't put in a picture or two. Here you go!

so glad to see that you all are doing well! Congrats on the job Jow... you'll be an awesome teacher. Betsy, hope your little man is letting you rest up a bit. Can't wait for his opening debut!
