We've got gender!

I wonder if I should start off this weeks entry with the big reveal or wait until the end of the blog to ensure that you read this whole blog.  Maybe I'll just toss it in the middle so you can't cheat!  Of course there might not be anyone reading this blog anyway so it could be a moot point.

I guess I'll start off this week with the picture of me and the wife again.  I can't believe we are at the half-way point now!  It seems like just the other day when she told me that we are expecting. I can't believe life is moving so fast. 

There's been some expansion going on.  JB has been active and growing!

Now on to the ultrasound results!  We were happy to share the moment with Betsy's parents, Grandpa Roy and Grandma Carole.  We got to see the baby's profile, the spine, the arms, the legs, the head, the brain, the heart... we even saw the feet and toes!   Of course we saw something else as well...  External plumbing!  We are having a boy!!!!  This is awesome!  Plus it works out because I have been referring to little JB as a he for most of the pregnancy.  This also helps narrow down the list of names.  Now we can work on a plan for decorating the nursery.  I think we have a tentative plan in place.  There is so much to do!  I guess that I had better get my butt in gear.  I can't wait to meet my son!
