We are now in week 9 of our adventure. It's interesting to see the things people notice. Yesterday one of Betsy's library patrons came up to her and told her that she looked great. She told Betsy that whatever she was doing, to keep doing it. She said Betsy was positively glowing! It's weird to think that a complete stranger could tell something was up. I always thought that was a thing that you just heard in movies or TV shows. Apparently not. All I know is that we still haven't made the public announcement yet and somehow this woman knew. Of course Betsy didn't confirm or deny anything. It's still just the immediate family and a few close friends that are in the know.
We now have a couple of good baby books, courtesy of Mark and Trina (you guys rock!), and I've heard from various sources that our baby is now about the size of an olive. The head has straightened out and is more fully developed, the ears are much more prominent, and some new organs are forming. Crazy!! While things are happening so fast, it seems like it's taking forever! Oh yes... and our little dancer (judging by the parents tendency to burst into a spontaneous jig) is also making spontaneous movements of his or her arms and legs now that minuscule muscles are beginning to develop!! Of course Betsy probably won't feel that for at least another two months. We have an appointment with her OB/GYN on Friday so we will have more to report soon. That's all for now!

Look at that glow!!!
